Service Agreement and Terms of Service

1. Definitions

Terms of Service – the regulations defining the rules of using the Service and the rules of providing Services by Digital Marketing Specialist Worldwide, LLC.

The Service – the website through which Digital Marketing Specialist Worldwide, LLC operates to provide the Services.

Services – the visa-related services provided by Digital Marketing Specialist Worldwide, LLC for Users of The Service.

Visa – a written or digital permission to cross the border or stay in a foreign country.

Profiling – automated processing of personal data.

2. Conclusion and performance of the Agreement

2.1 By using The Service, the User concludes an Agreement with Digital Marketing Specialist Worldwide, LLC, under which:

Digital Marketing Specialist Worldwide, LLC submits visa applications on behalf of the User and/or Travelers.

The User declares they have obtained explicit permission from any Traveler.

The User undertakes to pay the full remuneration regardless of the outcome.

2.2 The Agreement is concluded when the User completes the registration form and pays the remuneration.
Payment includes consular fees, taxes and the commission of Digital Marketing Specialist Worldwide, LLC.

2.3 The User must provide complete, true and current data.

2.4 Digital Marketing Specialist Worldwide, LLC may request additional documents at the demand of the issuing authority.

2.5 After the service is provided, the User loses the right to withdraw.

2.6 By concluding this Agreement, the User declares:

a) all data provided is accurate
b) the User is entitled to use and submit the data
c) the User accepts all fees
d) the User has permission to request visas for Travelers
e) the User may share their data
f) false or outdated data may cause visa refusal
g) the User accepts the Terms of Service
h) the User loses withdrawal rights after service is performed
i) the Agreement is voluntary

2.7 Accepting the Terms constitutes acknowledgment of all provisions.

2.8 The Agreement grants Digital Marketing Specialist Worldwide, LLC a proxy to represent the User before the visa-issuing authority.

2.9–2.15 All provisions regarding declarations, consequences of false information, obligations to notify changes, data transfer, and refund limitations remain in force, with Digital Marketing Specialist Worldwide, LLC replacing the prior company.

3. Digital Marketing Specialist Worldwide, LLC Responsibility

3.1 Provides technical supervision of the Service.

3.2 Not responsible for:

a) outdated or incorrect website content
b) consequences of incorrect User data
c) third-party rights violations
d) service disruptions caused by force majeure
e) damages caused by violating these Terms
f) device incompatibility
g) acting on behalf of third parties
h) decisions of the visa-issuing authority

3.4 Visa delivery times depend entirely on the issuing authority.

Deadline starts at Agreement conclusion.
